Update

added special effects after killing an enemy or destroying a bullet

fixed the bug that enemies spawned only at about zero coordinates

 slightly adjusted balance

fixed bug with incorrect amount of points for a new level

Work is underway on new enemies and on the mechanics of upgrading the player's weapons
